Ream and run
Hi:
I am a dentist/prof age 58 at the UofT -diagnosed with early asteoarthritis of the right shoulder. I have not had soft tissue imaging to see if the rotator cuff is damaged (history of contact sports in my thirties-possible injury in 2005). I am starting my research (as a consumer and scientist) to look into possible surgery options. I found this innovative technique called Ream and Run that was pioneered by Dr. Matsen of the Univ. of Washington. http://www.orthop.washington.edu/reamandrun
Is it being done in Ontario?
